Terms

Effective October 21, 2026

These terms cover your use of tenfours.com and the services sold by Whitcomb Hale LLC, doing business as Tenfours ("Tenfours," "we"). By using them you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Whitcomb Hale LLC, doing business as Tenfours, is a private company in Richardson, Texas. We are not FMCSA, USDOT or the UCR Plan, and we are not endorsed by them. You are not required to use Tenfours. You can file UCR yourself at www.ucr.gov and update your MCS-150 free with FMCSA.

What we do

  • Free record check: a summary of your carrier's public FMCSA record. It is based on public data that can be late or wrong, and it is not legal advice.
  • UCR 2027 filing: we file UCR with you while you stay signed in to your own accounts. We never ask for your passwords. You are responsible for the information you certify.
  • Tenfours Watch: a daily check of your public FMCSA record, with a text when something changes. Watch reports what public records show; it can miss or delay a change and does not replace your own checks.

Fees

  • UCR filing: our fee is $79, charged only after your UCR receipt is issued. If we can't finish, you pay nothing. The UCR fee is separate and goes to UCR at cost.
  • Tenfours Watch: $15/mo or $149/yr. It renews automatically every month (or year) until you cancel. Cancel anytime: one click on the billing link in any Watch alert, or reply "cancel." Cancelling stops future charges.
  • Record check and FMCSA ticket kit: free.

Your part

Give us accurate information, and use the service only for carriers you're authorized to act for.

Limits

We do our work carefully, but the service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Texas law

These terms are governed by Texas law. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Dallas County, Texas.
